Refund & Cancellation Policy

Exchange complaints should be raised within 24 HOURS after receiving the product.
As a company policy we do not provide return/refund on any product once sold. Once the HOY pieces are sold, they can be exchanged in case of any manufacturing defect. Customer will be issued a voucher; in case the product is not in stock.
360-degree parcel opening video is compulsory. The unboxing parcel video is required in case of any damage or wrong or missing item, issue must be clear in the video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
While we strive to offer you best quality products however, we do not take guarantee on embroidery/zari etc. Returns on the basis of these conditions will not be processed.
Do expect slight colour variations or brightness due to digital photography or mobile/computer monitor settings. 10-20 % colour difference is normal. Therefore, there is no EXCHANGE on basis of colour resolution.
Small issues like size change, removable stains or spot will not be considered for EXCHANGE.
Exchange parcel should come in primary packing; multiple fold is not allowed.
Products that are on sale or discounted, are not eligible for exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
Do not accept the parcel if the parcel was opened, or cut.
Products ordered from Offer section will not be eligible for size exchange
If the product is eligible for exchange, you may contact with HOY team within 24 WORKING HOURS of delivery to request an exchange.

Once accepted by the HOY team, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. 

Please do not forget to take receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number.  HOY will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
